Information collected during registration

The registration process can be done either using the registration form on Adventoorer, or through Facebook, Google or Apple.

In the first case we ask for an email address, a password, a first name and a last name. In the other cases we collect what Facebook, Google and Apple call “basic information”, which includes the email address, first name, last name, and some other basic information (such as gender, age range or profile picture) that has been indicated as public on those services.

In case of completing the registration with Facebook, Google or Apple, the account is created only if that service provides at least the email address, first name and last name, with the profile picture also being used if provided. In this case, the account is created without password, so to access it later through Adventoorer login it is necessary to set a password using the option to reset it.

How we use your data

The data collected during registration is only used to identify you on Adventoorer. Only your first and last name and, if applicable, profile picture, are shown to other users to identify you as the author when you post content or perform any interaction (such as, for example, indicate that you liked some content). Your email address and other data associated with your account are private and are never disclosed, transferred or sold, under any circumstances, to other users or third parties, entities or companies.

Changing or deleting your data

You can change your account details either by using the “Account Settings” option after logging in, or by sending a request to the email address info@adventoorer.com. You can ask for deletion of your account by sending a request to info@adventoorer.com.
